Breathable ground sheet, Protec full size caravan cover, Aqua roll water carrier with storage bag, Aqua roll waste-master with storage bag, electric external water pump, hitch lock, wheel lock, free view TV set top box, table top grille / oven, 1x 7.5kg Red Calor Gas bottles, level blocks. We've owned this caravan for nearly ten years and have simply outgrown it with our kids. Would make a great starter caravan for someone new to touring. Does need a good external clean as it has weathered out over the winter / spring. Single bunk beds at rear of the outfit, king size bed at front that is made up from the living area. Gas cooker, Carver heater, 3 way fridge, water heater and leisure battery all good and function. On board Thetford toilet works fine as well. No visible signs of any water ingress or leaks. Please note the following not so good points: 1: Front left corner, see pics, has had some accident damage which I've attempted to repair but never fully finished it. It's currently safe and strong enough, but not the prettiest repair. 2: Front of the caravan is showing signs of weathering from a cosmetic point of view. See pics. Caravan does need a good external clean. 3: Missing a wheel trim 4: At some point the on board shower has leaked a little and made a small section of the main floor just outside the bathroom door flex. It's multiply flooring and I believe the plys have just separated a little but there it still lots of strength in the floor in this area and shouldn't be seen a turn off from buying. 5: The internal front drawer unit, pictured between the two seat squabs, requires a little TLC from someone with some carpentry skills. It's a little fragile from being lifted and lowered over the years to make the king size bed up. 6: The on board kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower waste piping needs replacing - it's perished and partially blocked in places. We tended to use on site pot washing facilities at club sites as well as shower block facilities as well. 7: The on board bathroom sink requires some work to refit and repair it's mounting points as over time with heavy handed kids it's has become unusable. The sink and tap world fine, just needs a little TLC. I've tried to list the caravan with the best description that I can. Strongly recommend viewing which I can be on hand to show you round most evenings. Cash on collection only within 7 days of listing end. No time wasters or silly offers please.
