Beautiful Barley twist gateleg table made from Oak. Folded w 83 x h73 x d 33cm. Fully out 112cm FAQ. Who am I? My name is Paul, I have been restoring furniture for over 15 years and only use the best materials. What restoration was done to this item? This table has had it's top restored and leg Struts secured to make it into a perfectly usable table again. This type of craftsmanship is dieing out so it is very important to me to preserve these items. Deep penetrative oils have been used to clean the furniture and specialist waxes have been used to nurish the wood and protect it against day to day life. What do I have to do the table when I get it home? There are two options here. 1. Do nothing. The table has been protected and is suitable to straight into use. 2. Sand back and re-wax the legs or paint them to fit in with you décor. Barley twist are the most desired style. The price of four legs (only the legs) at a local antique fair was £30.
